Truth

You will know the truth and the truth will set you free. (John 8:32)

SCROLL DOWN

Truth

You will know the truth and the truth will set you free. (John 8:32)

Truth: The Bible is true and sufficient for all areas of our life and teaches us about Jesus who is THE Truth. The knowledge of truth leads to redemption. (2 Tim. 3:16;  John 8:32 and 14:6)

Redemption

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. (John 8:36)

Redemption

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. (John 8:36)

Redemption: Redemption is the theme of the Bible. All of creation fell and became enslaved in sin because of Adam. In Christ whosoever repents and believes in Him alone is set free.  We seek the redemption of our fellow man and the world. Those who have been redeemed are committed followers of Christ.

Commitment

Commitment

Commitment: Jesus calls and saves us to a life of commitment. (Matthew 16:24-26) When Jesus said no one can be my follower unless they are willing to take up their cross and follow me he meant it. Jesus saves and calls people to a life of commitment even to the point of surrendering one's life. This is the testimony of the Bible and Christian history.  An uncommitted Christian is not Biblical. We seek to glorify God by committing to gathering together for worship, serving one another, giving generously of our time, talents and resources, proclaiming the gospel, making disciples, praying for each other and the world, and serving our community. A life of commitment leads to multiplication.

Multiplication

Multiplication

Multiplication: The great commission (Matthew. 28:18-20) is a command to make disciples, not a suggestion. Those who are committed to Jesus should seek to make disciples who will then make disciples. We are committed to incarnational living in our community in order to make disciples and to supporting worldwide multiplication through the cooperative program. Multiplication is best accomplished through selflessness.

Selflessness

He emptied Himself by assuming the form of a slave, taking on the likeness of men.  (Philippians 2:7)

Selflessness

Selflessness: Jesus is the embodiment of selflessness. We are called to have the same mindset of Christ in all areas of our life and live selflessly for him. This means we put others’ needs above our own. (Phi. 2:1-11) Selflessness is easier to accomplish through simplicity.

Simplicity

Simplicity

Simplicity: Rather than doing many things in a mediocre way, we seek to do a few things well: Teach the Bible, spread the gospel, disciple one another, and serve those in need. We do all these things for God’s glory.
